Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Shipping:  We currently ship  to all all 50 states throughout the United States.  We do not ship internationally.

Same Day Shipping Policy:  We know that quick delivery of your order is of high importance.  We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail the same day for orders placed before 2 pm PST Monday-Friday (except USPS Holidays).  If your order is placed after the same day cut off time, it will be ship the next available shipping time. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Most deliveries for Priority mail are 2-3 shipping days, but sometimes can take an extra day. Please check tracking for current delivery status and allow for package to reach next regional location for tracking to update.  USPS tracking does not update until it hits the next USPS scan at your area regional distribution center.

Order Tracking:  Once your order has been shipped you will receive and email notification with a tracking number. You can also check tracking information by signing in to your account.

Returns Policy – No Questions Asked – 100% Customer Satisfaction:  You may return any unopened items for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange excluding all shipping costs.  To guarantee proper refund credit, please contact us by email for an return authorization number and return instructions. You must have an authorization number to return your order.  Please contact us

Cancellations:  You may cancel your order anytime before shipping has occurred.  Please contact us if you have not yet received a tracking number to cancel or change your order.

Our Shipping Policy and Guarantee:  We guarantee that your order will be delivered to the address you provided.  For the purposes of this delivery guarantee, delivery is defined as USPS tracking confirmation of delivery.  Once USPS tracking reflects delivery, your order for the purposes of our responsibility and liability is consider delivered.  We do not provide any refunds or replacements of any orders lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed through USPS tracking.
